The idea behind "extend to fit" is that the spaces between the LED modules are widened to achieve the desired length, but this is done in such a way that the visual effect of the lighting is minimally affected. the result is a seamless adjustment to the length of the lighting, without compromising the overall design of the profile.
Choosing a profile and "Extend to Fit" it to the desired lengthLet’s say you need a light profile that is 3000 mm long, but the standard profiles in the catalog are only available in fixed lengths. for example, you see that a profile of 2986 mm is available, which is close to the required length but just a bit shorter. With the "extend to fit" option, you can select this 2986 mm profile and extend it by 14 mm to achieve the exact 3000 mm length. this is done by adjusting the space between the LED modules so that the profile reaches the desired length without significantly affecting the aesthetic appearance of the lighting. the result is a perfectly fitting light profile for your space, with minimal visual disruption to the LED modules. |
Requesting the "Extend to Fit" extension
To adjust the length of the profile, you simply select the 2986 mm profile from the range and choose the "extend to fit" option. you can then specify that you want the profile extended to 3000 mm. the system will automatically adjust the gap between the LED modules to extend the profile to the required length of 3000 mm, with minimal change to the visual design of the lighting.
